Richard Muller, Group Managing Director of Gloucestershire-based Prima Dental, won the 2017 prestigious British Dental Industry Association Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the dental industry. He took the helm at Prima Dental in 1998 and under his stewardship the company has grown to become one of the world’s largest dental bur manufacturers, employing over 200 staff at its production base in Quedgeley in Gloucester. Today Richard is pioneering new technologies in digital dentistry with the team at Prima Dental and continues to champion the quality of UK dental engineering around the world. He recently oversaw the successful launch of Prima Dental in India and Brazil, which saw Prima Dental become the very first dental bur manufacturer in South America.
